Bathroom Remodeling
in Southlake, TX

Some bathrooms are functional. Yours should be extraordinary.

A Bathroom Designed Around the Way You Live

Every bathroom remodel we do starts with the same question: What’s not working for you? Whether it’s an outdated look, a cramped layout, or water damage you’ve been putting off repairing, we’ve solved it before, and we’ll solve it for you.

Issue:

"My bathroom feels tired and outdated."

You walk in every morning, and nothing has changed since the house was built. The cultured marble, the builder-basic fixtures, the faded colors. It all still works, but none of it feels like the home you’ve built around it.

The good news? You don’t have to gut the entire bathroom to get a transformation that turns heads.

Cabinetry & Fixtures That Feel Current

We update to Shaker-style cabinet doors with soft-close features and replace dated silver or gold fixtures with transitional finishes that feel intentional and elevated. The difference is immediate.

Materials That Change Everything

Cultured marble countertops and outdated tile are replaced with modern stone materials and designer finishes, turning a bathroom that blended into the background into one that makes an impression.

Design Guidance From Start to Finish

On a recent project in Argyle, TX, the homeowners wanted to move away from a dated, builder-basic look. By updating the cabinetry, replacing the tile and countertops, and bringing in a designer to guide the finish selections, the result was a bathroom that finally matched the rest of the home.

Issue:

"The layout is cramped and nothing flows the way it should."

The shower is too small. The lighting makes everything feel dark. There’s no good place for anything, and getting ready in the morning feels like navigating an obstacle course. The bathroom isn’t relaxing. It’s frustrating.

A bathroom that works beautifully is something you feel every single day.

Starting With a Blank Slate

When the layout isn’t working, we don’t try to work around it. We draw the outside walls, set aside what’s there, and design the bathroom your life actually calls for. Plumbing moves where it needs to go. The shower ends up where it makes sense.

Lighting That Transforms the Space

Poor lighting makes even beautiful materials look flat. We install LED recessed lighting in the ceiling and wall lights at the vanity, so the space feels open, bright, and finished.

A Spa-Like Experience at Home

On a recent project in Lantana, TX, the homeowners wanted a bathroom that felt like a retreat. We redesigned the entire layout, integrated a custom-built sauna with access directly through to the shower, and added a floating vanity and frameless glass for an unobstructed, spa-like feel. The result was a complete transformation in a home that had never had anything like it.

Issue:

"There's water damage, and I'm not sure how bad it really is."

You’ve noticed the cracked tile. Maybe a soft spot in the floor. A smell that doesn’t go away, no matter how much you clean. Water damage in a bathroom rarely stays contained, and the longer it sits, the more it costs to fix.

Here’s what most homeowners don’t know: virtually every shower has mold behind the walls. The question is whether you address it now, on your terms, or later, on the damage’s terms.

Your home should grow and change with you. Your kitchen can too.

Finding & Fixing the Source First

We don’t cover up the problem. We find it. Before any new materials go in, we identify the source of the water intrusion, address it completely, and replace any damaged framing or insulation. The new bathroom is built on a foundation that’s actually sound.

Replacing In-Wall Plumbing While We're In There

When the walls are open, it’s the right time to replace aging in-wall plumbing fixtures and angle stops. It’s a fraction of the cost it would be later, and it eliminates a future problem before it starts.

A Design That Prevents Future Issues

Part of designing a bathroom that lasts is designing one that’s easy to maintain. We eliminate hard-to-reach nooks and corners where moisture collects, and we choose materials and installation methods that hold up for the long term.

Answers to Your Bathroom Questions

How long does a bathroom remodel take?

It depends on the scope. Our Streamlined package runs about 4 weeks; a Refined remodel is typically 6 weeks; and a full Stately transformation, which involves moving walls, relocating plumbing, and starting from bare walls, runs approximately 9 weeks. We’ll give you a detailed timeline during your consultation.

In most cases, no, but we plan for it. If you have a second bathroom in the home, you’ll use that during construction. If you don’t, we’ll talk through options during your consultation to make sure you’re never without what you need.

Virtually every shower has some level of mold behind the walls. It’s not a sign that something was done wrong. It’s a reality of how showers work over time. When we open up the walls, we address it completely so your new bathroom starts clean and stays that way.

Before we bring in an architect or designer, your project lead works with you to sketch out a detailed, rough design based on your vision and what’s frustrating you about your current space. We’ve worked on thousands of homes, and we use all of that experience to help you figure out exactly what you want before any formal plans are drawn.

Yes. We offer a 1-year warranty on materials and labor. And if something comes up after that, we go above and beyond to make it right. That’s just how we do business.
