The homeowners selected their own finishes and materials, and we helped coordinate meetings with vendors, including a visit to Ferguson for plumbing and hardware selections. Additions were built onto three areas of the home, the kitchen, primary closet, and garage, while the rest of the first floor was updated throughout to create a cohesive, polished look.
The expanded kitchen now features a walk-in pantry, acres of countertop space, and generous cabinetry, giving the family a beautiful space that's great for hosting.
The dedicated bar area features floating glass shelves lit with LED accent lighting, turning every gathering into an occasion.
This grand stone fireplace was the spark behind the entire renovation. Designed to be the focal point of the downstairs, it brings warmth, scale, and timeless character to the heart of the home — exactly the gathering spot the homeowners had been dreaming of.
Custom built-ins, a granite-topped center island, and dedicated shoe and accessory shelving turned underused space into a beautifully organized retreat.
