Whole Home and Outdoor Kitchen Remodel
in Southlake, TX

From Dark and Cramped to Bright and Open

Luxurious Mediterranean-style home with a large pool, outdoor kitchen, and fireplace under a blue sky

Where a Big Family Finally Has the Room to Breathe

The Southlake family was raising three teenagers in a home that hadn’t kept pace with their family’s size, energy, or the way they love to live. The kitchen couldn’t handle the daily demands of a household of five, the family room felt heavy and closed off, and there was no real outdoor space for entertaining. They came to us ready to fix it all at once, and this whole-home renovation, including a brand-new outdoor kitchen, did exactly that.

“We really loved working with you. I recommend you to everyone who asks. The final outcome is great, but the process was also very good. Your company is very professional and wonderful to work with. We have done this a couple of times and can’t say that about everyone.”

A Beautiful Home That Wasn't Working for Their Life

Intentionally Designed for the Family

The design process began with a dedicated designer who created a full selection booklet and detailed drawings, giving the family a clear, confident vision before a single wall came down.

Every decision, from the lighter color palette to the open-concept flow, was made with their large, active family in mind. The result is a home that feels airy, connected, and purpose-built for a family that loves to gather.

The Spaces That Changed Everything

A Kitchen Built for Gathering

The new open-concept kitchen features double islands and a hidden pantry, giving the family ample room to cook for a crowd and keep everyday life beautifully organized.

Light and Air Where There Used to Be Shadow

Replacing the dark, heavy beams with lighter finishes transformed the large family room into the bright, expansive gathering space the family always wanted it to be.

A Primary Suite Worth Coming Home To

An Outdoor Kitchen Made for Entertaining

The new outdoor kitchen extends the home's entertaining footprint beyond the back door, making al fresco gatherings just as effortless as hosting inside.
