Stately Design partnered with a full design team, including an architect and an interior design firm, to bring the Rawlings’ vision to life. Working closely with the architect, we translated Renee and Marshall’s ideas into a functional, detailed plan, complete with a curated selection booklet and 3D renderings so they could see the finished result before a single wall moved.
We reclaimed wasted space, opened a wall, and redesigned the kitchen to create the kind of easy, connected flow that makes cooking for a crowd feel effortless.
The cramped, inefficient layout was completely reimagined, giving Renee and Marshall a space that finally feels as refined as the rest of their home.
A fully self-contained suite attached to the main house, ready whenever a parent needs a place to call home, and comfortable enough that Renee and Marshall moved in themselves during the main house renovation.
