The design process brought the client, an architect, and our renovation team together to shape a space that was both spacious and cozy, elegant and entirely livable. Every decision, from the wide doorways to the kitchen island that opens into the family room, was made with the mother’s lifestyle and long-term comfort in mind. The addition was designed to blend seamlessly into the existing home’s exterior.

Outfitted with beautiful cabinetry, a granite island that flows into the sitting room, and stainless appliances, this kitchen gave the mother a proper space to cook, gather, and feel at home from day one.
The spacious bathroom was thoughtfully designed with ADA compliance in mind, featuring wide door openings, a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and the kind of finishes that make every morning feel special.
Moving to a smaller space didn't mean leaving her lifestyle behind; this separate formal dining room ensured it, giving the mother a dedicated place to host dinners and share meals just as she always had.
